About Me
I am a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP) and a Resident in Counseling. I am also a trained EMDR clinician dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reach their full potential. With a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Forensic and Legal Psychology from Marymount University, I offer a unique and comprehensive perspective in my work. I support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and difficulties adjusting to major life changes such as divorce or other significant transitions.
My work involves teenagers, pre-teens, young adults, and adults, addressing a broad range of mood disorders through individual therapy. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rogerian theory, and Motivational Interviewing. As a CSOTP specializing in sex offender treatment, I manage sexual behavior issues and risks in both teens and adults. I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can openly discuss difficult topics, explore their past, and deal with current stressors. My strengths include my innate talent for emotionally connecting with each client, offering warmth, empathy, and understanding.
My goal is to empower clients to develop effective coping skills, increase their distress tolerance, and enhance problem-solving abilities, helping them become the best versions of themselves.

In my free time I like to crochet, binge watch TV, and spend time with my pets :)
