About Me

I am passionate about serving service members, veterans, and their families. Because I retired from the military, I fully appreciate the challenges that military families face. I also understand the significance of career decisions and the difficulty in making them. Dealing with life in general can be stressful and complex leading to a variety of difficulties. I am ready to assist you in confronting your challenges and realizing your full potential. I take a solution-focused approach to counseling. It is important to understand the problems, but it is more important to look for solutions.

I am compassionate and affirming, but I also challenge clients to put in the work. I include spiritual integration in therapy if you desire and am EMDR trained. You can expect to leave sessions feeling empowered to make Real Change.
